1. Legal & Compliance

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage and ensure all business and internal activities comply with relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Provide advice or legal opinion to all business units of company to ensure consistent and strict compliance across the organization.
  • Coordinate and work closely with business units and relevant regulators to make sure that the company fully comply with relevant rules and regulations
  • Handle registrations of new licenses, corporate changes and prepare reports as required.
  • Review and/or propose improvement of company policies including but not limited to letters and notices.
  • Conduct monitoring and regulatory compliance review to ensure consistent and strict compliance across the organization.
  • Handle corporate matter including company secretary role to manage Board and Shareholders meetings.
  • Ensure the company complies with the statutory and other regulatory requirements on corporate matters.
  • Analyse legal and compliance risks and provide assessment to the management as relevant
  • Update new laws and conduct training for employees.
  • Any other jobs, ad-hoc projects, special projects or assignment by COO
Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree or higher degree in laws/related field.
  • Experience at least 5 years in compliance field
  • Solid knowledge in Thai laws
  • In-depth knowledge of data protection law
  • Fluent Thai communication skills.
  • Good command of English
  • Experience in Payment industry, E-commerce, Finance is a plus.
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize task and projects
  • Good analytic skill and high commercial sense
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to resolve problem quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skill

2. Financial Officer

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Budgeting and Control:
    • Collect data and analyze to develop annual and monthly budgets.
    • Monitor and evaluate actual performance against the budget.
    • Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
    • Improve budgeting processes for efficiency.
  2. Financial Analysis:
    • Analyze income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to assess business performance.
    • Analyze various costs such as raw materials, labor, and operating expenses.
    • Analyze the performance of individual branches and products.
  3. Reporting:
    • Prepare clear and concise financial reports for management.
    • Summarize analysis results and present insightful information to support business decisions.
  4. Financial Risk Management:
    • Monitor and assess potential financial risks.
    • Propose preventive and corrective measures.
  5. System Development:
    • Develop a more efficient financial reporting system.
    • Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI for data analysis and report generation.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in finance, particularly in the food service or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial, accounting, and financial analysis principles.
  • Ability to plan and control budgets.
  • Ability to analyze data in depth and draw clear conclusions.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, both written and spoken.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
