1. Legal & Compliance
Main Duties & Responsibilities- Manage and ensure all business and internal activities comply with relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
- Provide advice or legal opinion to all business units of company to ensure consistent and strict compliance across the organization.
- Coordinate and work closely with business units and relevant regulators to make sure that the company fully comply with relevant rules and regulations
- Handle registrations of new licenses, corporate changes and prepare reports as required.
- Review and/or propose improvement of company policies including but not limited to letters and notices.
- Conduct monitoring and regulatory compliance review to ensure consistent and strict compliance across the organization.
- Handle corporate matter including company secretary role to manage Board and Shareholders meetings.
- Ensure the company complies with the statutory and other regulatory requirements on corporate matters.
- Analyse legal and compliance risks and provide assessment to the management as relevant
- Update new laws and conduct training for employees.
- Any other jobs, ad-hoc projects, special projects or assignment by COO
- Bachelor's degree or higher degree in laws/related field.
- Experience at least 5 years in compliance field
- Solid knowledge in Thai laws
- In-depth knowledge of data protection law
- Fluent Thai communication skills.
- Good command of English
- Experience in Payment industry, E-commerce, Finance is a plus.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize task and projects
- Good analytic skill and high commercial sense
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to resolve problem quickly
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
